Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every child to love V-MAT. That is why the first class is free, and why you can try a paid program with our 14-day refund promise.

1. Our 14-day refund promise

• On a Live classes + Platform plan, if live classes have already taken place, we keep the cost of the classes held and refund the rest.
• After 14 days, or once 20% or more is done, the payment for that period is not refundable — except where the law says otherwise or we could not provide what you paid for.

2. Monthly plans — stop whenever you like

We never charge you automatically. A monthly plan is paid one month at a time, so to stop, simply do not pay for the next month. Your child keeps access until the end of the month already paid for.

3. PDF books and Game Zone passes

These open or download straight away, so they are not refundable once opened or downloaded — unless a file is faulty and we cannot fix it, in which case we refund you in full.

4. Schools

School subscriptions are agreed in writing with each school, and the cancellation terms in that agreement apply.

5. How to ask for a refund

E-mail info@vmat.uk or WhatsApp us with: the parent's name, the e-mail you sign in with, the child's name, and the order number from your receipt (it starts with V-).

• We reply within 2 working days.
• Approved refunds go back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with, through Razorpay, in the same currency (US dollars (USD)). Banks usually show them within 5 to 7 working days.
